Companion Pets

Each of your companion pets have different needs; therefore, you will need to take this into consideration when preparing your evacuation  plan. Also, it is important to have an emergency kit for your pets (also known as "go bags"). These kits should be assembled in easy-to-carry, waterproof containers.  Store them where they are easily accessible and away from areas of extreme temperatures.
