Past Deployments

Fork Fire:  September 7 - 13, 2022 in North Fork, CA.  This fire was started by a vehicle.  43 structures were destroyed.  CCADT activated and operated a small animal shelter at the Oakhurst Community Center for 88 companion pets.  The Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds served as the large animal shelter.  They sheltered three horses.

Oak Fire:  July 22 - August 11, 2022 in North Fork, CA.  The cause of this fire is still unknown.  193 structures were destroyed, many of them homes.  CCADT activated and operated a small animal shelter at the Mariposa Elementary School.  We sheltered 143 small companion pets.  The Coarsegold Rodeo Grounds served as one of the large animal shelters.  They sheltered 52 horses.
